Delete your account

You can delete your DG Doughnuts account and personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app or on the web

  1. Open the DG Doughnuts app (or this website) and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Prefer to email us?

Send a deletion request from the email address on your account to Dg@dgdonuts.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We action requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, phone and birthday
  • Saved delivery addresses and delivery notes
  • Saved curbside vehicles (make, color, plate)
  • Saved card tokens held with our payment processor
  • Push, email and SMS notification tokens and preferences
  • Favorites and allergen preferences
  • Dough points balance, wallet balance, coupons and gift card links

What we keep

  • Completed order and payment records, which we must keep for tax, accounting and chargeback purposes. These are unlinked from your account and no longer identify you as a customer.

Heads up: any remaining wallet balance, Dough points, coupons or an active Dough Pass are forfeited when your account is deleted. Redeem or cancel first. Full details are in our privacy policy.
